Community Building - Power Up the Grid Behaviors we will target in the campaign: • Share your skills/talents: Update MyCV and profile • Collaborate: Find and Follow GRID activities and innovation at Accenture: use hashtags, follow circles, find right communities • Learn: take a course (technology, innovation), read a book, etc. • Innovate: participate in Brightidea, take ITO, build a prototype/tool • Work out loud: use the stream, share failures and learnings, ask for help • Contribute: App Exchange, ITO outcomes, blog, microblog • Enable: support innovation in your team, approve training time, recommend/provide a book or article, lead by example, @target people and groups • Regional connections - TBD • Run campaign April – May (end at close of Q3 to maximize A3 score impact) • Key components: • Create a circle or blog to track participation (see this example: https://circles.accenture.com/circle.htm?id=3f8d3b0f-7ae4-4d5f-81cb-131774f030f3) • Publicize through This Week on the Grid each week. Encourage use of blogs/microblogs and #PowerUp • Leverage regional leads in BPO and TfB to promote and encourage participation. An accurate and current people page makes you ‘findable’ to others looking for innovation help.
