  4. Part II: Stationary vs. Stationery Stationary (n) fixed in a station, course, or mode: immobile/unchanging in condition ex. I will remain stationary until the end of the movie Stationery (n) materials(as paper, pens and ink) for writing or typing/letter paper usually accompanied with matching envelopes . ex. My friend’s baby shower invitations were on beautiful stationery.
