  2. CORPS ÉTRANGERS DE L’OESOPHAGE • Tout substance qui parcourt accidentiellement ou normalement le conduit mais s’y arrête est considérée, comme un corps étranger de l’oesophage.

  3. Ces corps étrangers siègent en général au point normalement rétréci de l’oesophage. 4 rétrécissement: région de la bouche C6 région aortique T4 région bronchique T5 région inférieure phrénique T10

  4. Symptômes: ---histoire du corps étranger ---dysphagie ---douleur lors des mouvements de la déglutition ---dyspnée

  5. Examen: ---miroir laryngoscopique ---radiographie directe (pour le corps métallique) radiographie baryté ( pour le corps non métallique) ---oesophagoscopie • Traitement: Oesophagoscopie

  6. CORPS ÉTRANGERS TRACHÉO-BRONCHIQUES Cet accident est plus fréquent chez l’enfant: <5 ans

  7. Etiologie: • Diagnostic clinique: ---histoire du corps étranger ---toux quinteuse ---dyspnée ---radiographie pneumatocéle atélectasie • Traitement: ---bronchoscopie
