  11. Sponsorship Contract • The following points mentioned below are to be considered as the AGREEMENT OF SPONSORSHIP between FUTURE BUDDHA HUB & (Sponsor Company). • The (Sponsor Company) is hereby from now onwards is given the title of XYZ SPONSOR. • The decided sponsorship amount, whatsoever, has to be deposited in the bank account by cheques by the name of FUTURE BUDDHA HUB. No cash payment will be accepted and the payment receipt will be given to the sponsor. • The Celebrity coming to Ahmedabad for the Concert is the sole property of FUTURE BUDDHA HUB, Ahmedabad and the sponsor can’t claim any right on the celebrity for their product promotion and similar activities. If any such thing happens, the sponsor is entitled to pay brand endorsement charges applicable to the celebrity. • The sponsors will be given the following facilities at/during the promotional activities and as well as at/during the concert. • (FACILITIES as per the presentation & agreed upon) • The(Sponsor Company) will be given ­­­­­­­____ free VIP Passes for the concert. • Onsite promotional setup (if any), has to be fabricated by the sponsor themselves and FUTURE BUDDHA HUB holds no right/responsibility of the setup regarding its management and other associated functioning. If the setup has to be fabricated by FUTURE BUDDHA HUB, extra charges, as applicable, will be levied. • In case of natural calamity like heavy rains, earth quake, floods etc. the show will be postponed to next day or some suitable day and the sponsorship amount can’t be claimed back by the sponsor as it will be reused during postponed event. • ALL THE LEGAL FORMALITIES LIKE CONTRACT MAKING AS WELL AS OTHER REQUIREMENTS WILL BE TAKEN BY “FUTURE BUDDHA HUB” AND A COPY OF THE SAME WILL BE SHARED WITH THE SPONSOR.
