Objectives • To help students learn about all of the things that New York City has to offer • To share my knowledge of fun places to visit in NYC if you are planning a trip or are just spending some time in the city • To use the skills I acquired in CSI-100 to create a comprehensive webpage using: • Microsoft SharePoint Designer • Microsoft Word • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft Powerpoint

Problems Encountered • It took me a very long time to pick a topic because there were a lot of things that I would have liked to do • My computer does not have all of the programs that we needed to work on the project, so I had to work on it entirely in the library • Getting a background image that looked aesthetically pleasing (I wanted it to be close to symmetrical) • My buttons were malfunctioning and different text would display when I would toggle over them • I had a lot of other schoolwork to do for other classes

  4. Key Points Learned • Creating a webpage is very time consuming • Not to over-complicate things • Constantly save all of your work (Library computers love to shut off on you) • Although time consuming, creating web pages is fun and easy
