  2. RMC 100 - Instructions / Guideline for: - Procedure Creation - Procedure Revision - Procedure Maintenance Revise to incorporate: A reference to the RMC Procedure Revision Status Log and its location. Status: Rewrite is COMPLETE. Will be submitted to RMC voting members by 9/15.

  3. RMC 101 -Instructions / Guideline for: - RMC Responsibilities - RMC Membership Guidelines - RMC Annual Review Requirements - RMC Issue Resolution Process Revise to incorporate: Update to formalize the issue resolution process. Clarification of Leadership Roles and Responsibilities. Status: Currently in re-write. Should be submitted to RMC voting members by 9/17.

RMC 102 - Instructions / Guideline for RMC Oversight Responsibilities - Surveillance Team Structure - Surveillance Schedule Development - Surveillance Reporting - Confidential Data Storage and Security Revise to incorporate: Add RMC annual CB report card review process and associated responsibilities. Add requirements for supplemental oversight audit report handling. Add reference to Travel Allowance Process (IAQG Procedure 112) for Witness and Office oversight activity. Status: Currently in re-write.

  5. RMC 103 - Instructions / Guideline for: - Auditor Review Team Makeup / Responsibilities - CB Review Team Makeup / Responsibilities - AB Review Team Makeup / Responsibilities No plans to revise at this time.
