  1. 1 Corinthians 3:10-15(NKJV) …But let each one take heed how he builds on it.  11For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.  12Now if anyone builds on this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw,  13each one’s work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one’s work, of what sort it is.  14If anyone’s work which he has built on it endures, he will receive a reward.  15If anyone’s work is burned, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.

  2. 1 Corinthians 4:2-5(NKJV) 2Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful.  3But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you or by a human £court. In fact, I do not even judge myself.  4For I know of nothing against myself, yet I am not justified by this; but He who judges me is the Lord.  5Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness and reveal the counsels of the hearts. Then each one’s praise will come from God.

  4. 1 Corinthians 4:10-16(NKJV) 10We are fools for Christ’s sake, but you are wise in Christ! We are weak, but you are strong! You are distinguished, but we are dishonored!  11To the present hour we both hunger and thirst, and we are poorly clothed, and beaten, and homeless.  12And we labor, working with our own hands. Being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we endure;  13being defamed, we entreat. We have been made as the filth of the world, the offscouring of all things until now. 14I do not write these things to shame you, but as my beloved children I warn you.15For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers; for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.  16Therefore I urge you, imitate me. 

  5. 1. The more excellent way is revealed v.1-3 In God’s economy, you must be more than: A. your words…or you become annoying! V.1 B. your intellect…or you are nothing! V.2a

  6. 1 Corinthians 8:1-3(NKJV) 1 …Knowledge puffs up, but love edifies.  2And if anyone thinks that he knows anything, he knows nothing yet as he ought to know.  3But if anyone loves God, this one is known by Him.

  8. John 13:34-35(NKJV) 34A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.  35By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”
