THE RIHIS AT NATIONAL AND SUB-NATIONAL LEVEL Objective: Create a holistic picture of the HIV response at national and sub- national level Key strategies: • Program-RIHIS: Establish routine integrated information system at lead M&E organizations at national level by program area across partners including facility based, non-health and community based information together. • NATIONAL-RIHIS: Establish national the routine integrated information system across program areas and partners at all levels • PROVINCE-RIHIS: Establish provincial routine integrated information system across program areas and partners at all levels
