  2. 2 Math 2006-2009Percentage of Students Statewide Scoring at Levels 3 and 4, Grades 3-8 The percentage of students in New York State reaching Levels 3 & 4 showed consistent improvement over the past four years.

Math2006-2009 16 Asian Student Mean Scale Scores The average score of this year’s Asian 6th ,7th, and 8th graders has shown decline or plateau as they have moved from one grade to the next through school, even though more of those students are reaching Level 3 & 4.
