Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) • Two Types: Health Care and Dependent Care • To participate in either FSA for 2012, you must actively enroll during the Annual Open Enrollment period. • If you had an FSA in 2011, you will need to re-enroll and designate a contribution amount for the 2012 plan year.

Important Information Regarding Your Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account • As you determine how much to contribute to your Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account please be advised that all expenses must be incurred prior to your child's 13th birthday.
