Enhancing Soil Quality and Produce through Sustainable Composting Practices

The objective of this project is to enhance soil quality and produce through efficient composting. By utilizing rock powders, probiotics, and organic materials like coffee grinds and dry clippings, we aim for a quick turnaround and quality yield. Our long-term goals include selling produce at the Slow Food Festival and composted items at the Farmers Market. Key actions involve designing efficient compost bins, regular delivery schedules, and turning compost piles bi-weekly to ensure optimal conditions for microbial activity. We'll maintain access to free resources and address manpower challenges for sustainable practices.
