Important PJAS Meeting Details: Transportation, Conduct, and Presentations

Join us for the PJAS Meeting on May 8th, 2014. Arrive by 9:40 AM, as buses will leave at 10:00 AM. Ensure you have all necessary personal items (pillow, blanket, towel) and money for lunch. Strict rules apply: do not leave campus, take photos in dorms, or violate the code of conduct. Digital presentations are due by May 13th—bring backups. Juniors should also attend the scholarship meeting. For more details, check the PJAS Wiki. Important reminders to avoid last-minute issues!

  1. PJAS Meeting 5/8/2014

  2. 5/18 – BE HERE NO LATER THAN 9:40 • The buses are leaving a 10:00. They will leave you behind. • Bus #4

  3. First-timers • Penn State provides sheets. You must bring everything else (pillow, blanket, towel, etc.) • Bring flip-flops for the shower. • Bring money to grab something to eat for lunch on the way up. • You must be in your room by curfew. A chaperone will be checking!

  4. What not to do • Do not leave campus – we can’t ensure your safety off campus. • DO NOT TAKE PICTURES IN DORMS • Do not violate the code of conduct (available on PJAS Wiki)

  5. Digital Presentations • Instructions were in e-mail - AbhinavSundaresan, Hetvi Patel, Krishna B. Patel, Krupa Patel, AnkurNahar, OzichiOsuoha, Rohan Parikh, Sara Gormley, Shalom Mammen, Shivani Patel, Stacy Tran • Due no later than 11:59 PM on 5/13, but try to do it no later than 5/12. • Bring backup on flash drive • Everyone else should bring transparencies – do not wait until the last minute!
