You’d be surprised by what you can learn from a five year old… • Always be patient. • Keep a smile on your face. • There is always going to be a problem, you just have to deal with it and move on. • Accept everyone for who they are. • Keep the rules fair. • Most importantly… HAVE FUN.
Teaching is… • Keeping a successful classroom with simple rules for everyone to follow. • A new test of yourself, everyday. • Loving and caring for every child. • Never giving up on anyone. • Being cReAtIvE!
All students need is… • To be cared about. • To be given a chance to be themselves. • Creative, fun, learning activities. • A set of guidelines to follow. They do really care about learning And want to do well.
Overall Being in this Kindergarten class I have seen exactly where students start to learn and that like everything from the alphabet and sounds to learning colors and drawing takes a lot of time. It was a joy to see how excited these children were to come to school everyday. It has not only made me positive that it is what I want to do but also it has inspired me to strive to be the kind of teacher that genuinely cares about the students and the classroom.
