  2. Performance Based Maintenance Contract 103.65 Miles (533 Lane Miles) of I-65, I-24, and SR-840 in Bedford, Rutherford, Williamson, and Wilson Counties
  3. CNL-500: Performance Based Maintenance Contract Activities Covered Areas of work required for this project shall include, but are not limited to, routine maintenance, minor repairs, collision damage repairs, and emergency repairs for the following items as detailed in the Performance Criteria or other provisions contained elsewhere in this contract: Travel Pavements Shoulders Drainage Roadside Bridge (What our County and Bridge Crews would do.) Snow and Ice Control Traffic Services Extraordinary Maintenance
  4. Performance Based…… Contractor paid based on 24 monthly weighted MRI’s. Specified to mow 4 times per year and remove litter 6 times per year. Snow and Ice activities paid by the hour. Timely performance standards compelled through the SP 108B Reduction in monthly pay for mileage removed for rehabilitation.
