  2. Goal • To obtain an administrative position collaborating with teachers developing and supporting instruction that prepares and educates all children for a successful life.

  3. VISION • Learning has no limits. • All children will learn.

Vision Support Statements • Developing and maintaining a school culture and instructional program that supports the idea that students are life-learnersis the basis of an educational organization. • All students live in a diverse society that is becoming more global. It is the duty of the organization to prepare students for their role.

Vision Support Statements continued • Achievement of student success depends on examining each child and meeting them where they are to assist them with the progress needed to be informed and productive citizens in the ever changing global world. • Providing the “tools” and professional development based on most current research is necessary for teachers and staff to be able to assist students as they continue on a safe, effective, efficient journey.
