Declaratoria de calamidad pública mediante decreto 037 del 14 de febrero de 2014. • AHE: 5.000 kits alimentarios de la UNGRD, en proceso de distribución. • Donaciones: DIAN (88 toneladas de alimentos y productos de aseo). • Fundación Éxito (500 kits alimentarios, 632 botellas de agua x 1 litro). Bavaria 5040 unidades de Pony Malta equivalentes a una tonelada. Alcaldía de Riohacha 30 toneladas de alimentos. • Transferencia de recursos: $600.000.000 para gastos operativos y logísticos. • Entrega de AHE en la Alta y Media Guajira desde el 19 de febrero a la fecha. PLAN DE ACCIÓNFase de atención • Duración Operación • 1 mes (4 semanas)

  3. Visita de coordinación y entrega de AHE del Director de la UNGRD (19 de febrero) y entidades del SNGRD. • Visita del Ministro de Minas, Amylkar Acosta (22 feb) para adelantar acciones para el abastecimiento de combustible y reactivación de proyecto de aerodesalinizadores y pozos subterráneos. • PONALSAR realizo EDAN en poportin en proceso con un total de 92 familias • CMGRD se realiza legalización de contratos • UNGRD se socializa el PAE con el sub director de Cerrejón • Defensa Civil Colombiana se realiza consolidado de AHE de Riohacha con 15 voluntarios • Cruz Roja Colombiana retorna de los sitios de distribución en la alta guajira se presentan 8 voluntarios con 3 vehículos y empiezan aprovisionamiento para retornar el día viernes a realizar distribución. Así mismo se realizan acciones en comunicaciones de los grupos operativos con el delegado de Riohacha PLAN DE ACCIÓNFase de atención
