Education and Outreach Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship Program Dan Neumann, National Institute of Standards and Technology, DMR 0944772 CHRNS participates in NIST’s Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) program. In 2012, ten students spent 11 weeks working on individual research projects with a NIST advisor. They also participated in group educational and cultural activities.
