  2. About James D. Kuhn James D. Kuhn has been an essential of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and has served as president since joining in 1992. Today, with around 13,000 agents around the globe, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and its assistant Knight Frank work from more than 370 overall working environments, joining 120 working environments in the U.S. moreover, working environments all through Canada, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. Mr. Kuhn joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank following 15 years in organization with Bernard Mendik as proprietor/supervisor, where he procured 11 million square feet of office space and 6,000 lofts; the organization was sold to Vornado in 1997.

AWARDS: • In 1994, Mr. Kuhn got the National Jewish Humanitarian Award and was visitor of honor at the Real Estate and Construction Industries' yearly Winter's Eve Ball, which profited the National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine. • Mr. Kuhn got the NYU Real Estate Service Award of the Year in 1984 and the Young Man of the Year recompense introduced by the Real Estate Board of New York in 1985. • Mr. Kuhn moved on from Stuyvesant High School in 1965. He was commander of the fencing group, second place finisher in the tri-state title, and individual from the 1964 City Championship group.
