Promoting Health and Tradition: Shrove Tuesday Celebration at Puka Secondary School

From March 14-19, 2012, Puka Secondary School in Estonia hosted a vibrant Shrove Tuesday event, celebrating community, health, and tradition. Students and teachers gathered on the highest hill in the area to enjoy traditional Shrove Tuesday food. Alongside this, the school participated in the Tartu Maraton, with students assisting at service points. A local doctor provided health examinations for teachers. Moreover, basic school students created informative posters promoting healthy dieting, emphasizing the importance of nourishment and exercise in fostering well-being. Thank you for your time!
