A few things to know…. Every proposal must have a Proposal Approval Record ( PAR ). It is always a good idea to make the College Research Office aware that you are planning to submit a proposal. Only the Administrative Shell (not the full proposal) is needed by the Research Office.

A few things to know… • Every proposal must have a Proposal Approval Record (PAR). • It is always a good idea to make the College Research Office aware that you are planning to submit a proposal. • Only the Administrative Shell (not the full proposal) is needed by the Research Office. • Be sure to contact Dean Byrd in advance for cost share needs. • If using the ePAR, the PI can sign the PAR using the electronic signature process. • As you work on your proposal, if you have questions or need assistance, including help with budgets or preparing particular forms, please feel free to contact us.
