Impact of Roc-A and Roc-Q on Apoptotic and Survival Cells in MFL-3 Culture

Investigate the effects of Roc-A and Roc-Q treatment on apoptotic and survival cells in MFL-3 culture. Quantify apoptotic cells at 16 hours post-treatment and assess survival cells based on FSC/SSC profiles. Compare responses to PMA/iono, ConA, and different concentrations of Roc-A and Roc-Q. Visualize results with FLIPL and Tubulin markers. Data based on Zhu et al.'s study (Fig. S2).
