  3. What’s Happening? • The occurrence of violent crimes has increased by 65% from 2011-2012

  4. Changes in Crime Rates • Crime against women in particular has had a 6.8% rise • Rape rates rose 2.96% • Kidnapping of girls and women rates have risen 7.5% • Crime against children have risen 15.33% • Incidence of murder and rape committed against children have risen 13% and 55%
