Pre-evaluation of ICT proposals • Idea: A critical review of near-finished proposals done by experienced evaluators will help more proposers to be sucessful • So far only FP7 ICT Call 4 • Registration: March 3,2009 • Submission of full proposal for pre-evaluation: March 23, 2009 • Evaluation Summary Report from pre-evaluators within 5 working days
