SANCTIFICATION: • 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, “Or know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? SANCTIFICATION: When Are We Sanctified? 1 Corinthians 12:13, “For in one Spirit were we all baptized into one body.” (the church - Ephesians 1:22-23) Galatians 3:26-27, “For ye are all sons of God, through faith, in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ did put on Christ.” 1 Corinthians 6:11, “washed, justified, sanctified.” (cf. Acts 18:8-11)
SANCTIFICATION: When Are We Sanctified? Ephesians 5:25-27, “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the church to himself a glorious (church), not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.”
Conclusion: Are You Sanctified? • Set apart from sin by the blood of Jesus. Hebrews 10:29. • 2 Timothy 2:21, “If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, meet for the master’s use, prepared unto every good work.”
