5. Who can use the website? • Primary members or dependents that have an Aetna pharmacy benefit with mail-order • Members from plans that have been transitioned from the old Pharmacare dispensing (in the Kansas City pharmacy) system to the new Oracle dispensing system

6. Registration • Primary members and dependents can register for their own accounts on the website • Simultaneous registration with Aetna NavigatorTM and Aetna Rx Home Delivery for primary members

Registration Primary Members - Navigator Users • Log into Aetna NavigatorTM • Click “Pharmacy Benefits” link • Click “Order prescriptions or check order status online” link in the gray box at top of page • The member will be automatically registered and is taken directly to the secure home page of Aetna Rx Home Delivery • In the future, member can access Aetna Rx Home Delivery via NavigatorTM or by going directly to the Aetna Rx Home Delivery web site and logging in

8. Registration Primary Members - Non-Navigator Users • Go to either Aetna NavigatorTMor Aetna Rx Home Delivery login pages • Click on the “Register” link for Primary Members • Complete the registration screens • Once registration is complete, member can access NavigatorTM and Aetna Rx Home Delivery using the same user name and password

Registration Dependents • Go to the Aetna Rx Home Delivery login page • Click on the “Register” link for Dependents • Complete the two registration screens • Once registration is complete, dependents can go directly to the Aetna Rx Home Delivery site and login • Since Aetna NavigatorTM is only available to primary members, dependents may only use the Aetna Rx Home Delivery website

Getting There • Once a member has access to the new website, they may get there by: • Going directly to www.aetna.com/aetnarxhomedelivery and logging in • Logging into Aetna NavigatorTM , going to the Pharmacy Benefits Summary page and clicking the Order prescriptions or check order status online link • Going to the old website, attempting to log in with old username and password and then being redirected to the new site
