Preliminary TNA results
This report analyzes the findings of a questionnaire designed to identify skill shortages and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs across various businesses. It reveals a significant mismatch between skills required by employers and available workforce qualifications. The results show that while 83% of surveyed companies provide training programs, financial constraints hinder broader implementation. Notably, a majority are satisfied with the quality of university graduates. Recommendations include enhancing training initiatives to better align with business needs and fostering collaboration between educational institutions and enterprises.
