  2. McCaskey Campus Public Drive • The P: Drive is going to be cleaned up on September 30. If you have a folder on the P: Drive that you want to keep, please add “KEEP 2013″ to the folder name. See the example on the Intranet home page. • Any folder that is not marked in this way will be cleared on September 30.. This will NOT affect the "Public" folder on the V: Drive (High School Drive). • Please email Jen Sumrall at IT if you have any problems.

Back to School Night 9/26/13 • Provide parents with a class syllabus and explain course expectations. •  Explain attendance, grading, and classroom rules. • Provide parents with your school e-mail address. • Ask every parent to “sign-in.” • Return parent “sign-in” sheet to main office on Friday, September 27.

  5. CAMPUS REMINDERS • Continue to check your email for the weekly Professional Development schedule • Remember to turn on your classroom TVs for the campus “Tornado Alert” show (TV show debut this week) • Be punctual for all duties • (cafeteria, A.M., P.M., etc.)

Campus Reminders Continued • Upload grades EVERY THURSDAY BY 3:30 (Parent info and athletic eligibility) • 31911 (EAST) 30911 (J.P.)- Emergency in house number for fights, bodily fluids, other emergencies (ALL office phones ring) • All computer requests must be made via Helpdesk tickets and NOT directly through technicians • Future Access Center is open • (Plato/College information is available) • Staff Parking • SDOL staff/student teachers may not park in visitor designated parking spaces
