Curricula to be developed by the commissioners of education, health and mental health. • AB808/SB1572 Health Teens Act • Establishes a grant program for a variety of groups, from school districts to community-based organizations to school-based health centers, to apply for grants to teach comprehensive, age appropriate sex education, which includes stressing the value of abstinence as well as information on contraception.
