KVK MOBILE APP

2. KVK Mobile App Features • Information about KVK by selecting state and district. • Details of all facilities provided by KVK • Know package of practices for crops, fisheries, horticulture and livestock. • Get registered and ask your farm related queries to experts and get solution. • Broadcast message about events to be organized at KVK for registered users. • Get details of events like field day, kisanmela, method demonstration etc. already organized by KVK. • Download agro meteorological advisory in English/local language  • Access agro-commodity prices from eNAM portal

3. KVK Mobile App Users • FARMERS • ATARI DIRECTORS • KVK HEAD • MANAGERS (DDG, ADG, Personnel at Extension Division) • SUBJECT MATTER SPECIALIST

4. Register: All the users of KVK Portal are default users of App. Farmer can register in the App, by entering name , address , state , district , mobile number and more.

5. Login:After registration, login by entering username and password. when user login for first time , primary KVK have to selected

6. Home Screen:When user login, he/she will view this home page which contain Find KVK , Facilities , Package of practices , send query , upcoming event and more.

7. FIND KVK:Farmer can find KVK by selecting state and district. Select KVK to know more about KVK.

9. FACILITIES:User can view list of facility and can know more details by clicking on text.

11. PACKAGE OF PRACTICE:Farmer can view list of package of practices and can download by clicking on its name.

14. Agro Meteorological Advisory:Farmer can download agro metrological advisory by selecting language. Farmer can view downloaded file in internal storage.

15. eNAM & KVK PortalFarmer can view site of eNam and KVK portal.

16. CHANGE PRIMARY KVKFarmer can change his/her primary KVK by selecting state , district and KVK.

17. SEND QUERY:Farmer can view list of query asked and can ask more by clicking on “New Query”.Farmer can ask query by selecting commodity type, commodity name and problem area.Farmer can attach upto 3 image, 3 video and 3 audio with query.

18. HOME SCREEN-KVK HEAD This is home page where we see number of option: • Queries • Upload package of practices • View package of practices • KVK facilities • Update KVK location • Broadcast message with Audio, Video • Upcoming event, past event and more.

19. Queries:Head can see list of question asked and see details by click on text.Head can see details of question asked and can reply as well.Head can forward to approved subject matter specialist whose details are available with KVK.

24. Update location 1. Head can see latitude and longitude of KVK 2. Update location by clicking update location button.

25. SUBJECT MATTER SPECIALISTList of subject matter specialist request with details, KVK HEAD can set status to approved , disapproved and leftover.

26. BROADCAST MESSAGE KVK HEAD can broadcast message with image, video and audio.

27. Subject matter specialist module:After login as subject matter specialist , enter details like state, district, KVK, Discipline, Qualification etc. Request will be sent to selected KVK HEAD for approval.

28. Subject matter specialist module: 1.Status will be shown pending until KVK HEAD approves it.2. After KVK HEAD approve, subject matter specialist request ,subject matter specialist will be able to see option of queries.3. Subject matter specialist can see list of queries and can see details by clicking on text.4. View details and can reply by submit button.

29. HOME SCREEN-ATARI ATARI Director can send broadcast message to all/selected KVK under them. User will see list of KVK to which message can be sent.Enter message with optional image, video and audio and submit. User can view summary information of Queries Asked/Answered/Unanswered by KVKs

Forgot password(Only for farmer account):Enter username and click submit, e-mail will be sent to maid-id (Entered while registration) with username and password.

33. HOME SCREEN-MANAGER Click on broadcast message button for broadcasting message.Manager can send the message to all/ selected ATARIAlong with message, optional image, video and audio can be send.
