Let the light of the late afternoon shine through chinks in the barn
Let the cricket take up shafting as a woman takes up her needles and her yarn
Let dew collect on the hoe abandoned in long grass. Let the stars appear and the moon disclose her silver horn.
Do not fear death because it’s as peaceful as the evening coming, there will be comfort and serenity.
