Secchi (2007) has come up with a group of theories based on criterion what role the theories confer to the corporation and society. The theory as follows : Garigga & Mele (2004) analysis maps CSR into four types of territories.

Carroll’s CSR Theory (1991) Model states that four kinds of social responsibilities constitute total CSR: economic, legal,ethical, and philanthropic.
