Travel Camp Fees Registration Fee (1 time) $100.00 Security Fee* $160.00 Travel Camp (weekly) $160.00 Travel Camp (4 week session) $600.00 Travel Camp (6 week session) $900.00 Travel Camp (8 week session) $1200.00 other accepted sponsors are… Program for Parents/NJ Care Kids, DYFS, 4C’s, Work First, & Wrap Around (summer only) *Registrations fees does not apply to currently enrolled Aftercare students.

  15. Travel Camp Information Three Stages Director Ms. Lynda has put together an early morning drop-off enrichment program The enrichment program begins at 7:00am and concludes at 8:30am

  18. Travel Camp Information This year we offer weekly trips to local parks, State parks, water parks and New York City’s Central Park...

  19. Travel Camp Information We will visit a variety of major theaters, museums and theme parks. We also offer rainy weather events…

  20. Travel Camp Information Other activities include arts & crafts, trail hiking, adventure walks, dance classes and SleepOvers…

SleepOver Breakdown Our SleepOvers are normally held at Three Stages, parent participation is encouraged… If parents opt not to participate, a gratuity will be required for your child to participation... We recommend a gratuity of at least 15-20% of the weekly tuition of $160.00 for participating staff members…

  22. SleepOver Breakdown Our SleepOvers are normally preceded by a fundraiser… The fundraiser consist of following: • Bake Sale • Car Wash • Lemon Aid/Beverage Sale

  23. SleepOver Breakdown The Fundraiser, We ask all parents to bake or bring an item for the bake sale… We also ask that all parents be prepared to make a monetary purchase or donation towards the fundraiser… All proceeds obtained from the fundraiser will be utilized the evening of the SleepOver…

SleepOver Breakdown SleepOver, preparation consist of the following: The day of the sleepover, students are to picked up from Three Stages between 2:00-5:00pm Students are to be dropped off at Three Stages between 6:30-7:00pm with the following items: • Travel Camp T-Shirt • Sleeping Bag, • PJ’s, • Wash clothe • Tooth paste

  25. SleepOver Breakdown SleepOver, the event consist of the following: New York City uptown & downtown, drive by… Dining- BBQ, or Dave & Busters Upon return to Three Stages… Activities include, scary movie (1st fl), fun movie (2nd fl) relay races, video games & midnight snacks galore

SleepOver Breakdown SleepOver, the morning pick-up consist of the following: All students must be picked up prior to 8:00am… Breakfast will be provided for both parent and camper… The parent/guardian of campers picked up after 8:00am will incur a late pick-up fee, of a $1.00 per minute, per camper, payable prior to campers return..

  27. Camp Requirement Each camper must have the following: • Three Stages Travel Camp T-shirts • Camp Bag • Water Bottle • Sleeping Bag • Swim Gear (towels) • Sneakers or Hiking Boots (worn daily)

  28. Returning parents/guardians are now dismissed, however! Make sure the of the following: • We have your new application • Updated confirmation from sponsor • We have a picture/take one • Registration fee is paid

  30. General Information Travel Campers are required to wear a Three Stages “Travel Camp” shirt at all times while at the school and while on the school buses’... No Travel Camper will be accepted for the program without a shirt… Shirts will be available for purchase beginning the 1st day of Travel Camp, fees to be announced…

  31. General Information There will be 40 Travel Camp slots available…

  32. General Information Travel Campers are taken on a, first come, 1st serve basis… So early registration is encouraged…

  33. General Information Travel Camp begins Monday, June 27, 2011 and concludes Friday, August 19th…

  34. General Information Travel Camp hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm, unless otherwise stated… Trips that are scheduled for return after 6pm will be posted at least a week in advance... Extended am hours are available, see me after this orientation…

  35. General Information Breakfast, Lunch & water is provided daily for all campers…

  38. General Information Because of the continuous daily activity of Travel Camp We encourage you to have a physical performed on your child prior to the start of camp The physical isn’t mandatory. However, it is strongly encouraged…
