Method for Conducting the Study • ACTE and Travel Analytics solicited a wide variety of participants • Drawn from the ACTE Global membership base • Drawn from Non-ACTE travel and procurement managers • All surveys were self-scored – no 3rd party validation • Data coded and analyzed by Travel Analytics • 63 Elements assigned to 14 Dimensions, in turn assigned to 4 Quadrants • Each Quadrant given equal weight • Each Dimension given equal weight within its Quadrant • Each Element given equal weight within its Dimension • Each respondent given equal weight; i.e, not weighted by air spend
