Implementing SafeSport Measures for Youth Sports in CSL Summer 2024

In the Summer of 2024, CSL is taking proactive steps to ensure the safety of minor athletes through the implementation of SafeSport measures. These include limiting one-on-one interactions, providing abuse prevention training, mandating the presence of multiple adults at all activities, and establishing clear guidelines on appropriate behavior. Training responsibilities and costs are outlined for team representatives, coaches, parents, officials, and young athletes. By prioritizing training and awareness, CSL aims to create a safer environment for youth participants in sports.
