  2. ABOUT JARED MCBRIARTY At 16, I got into construction, starting in concrete work. I worked my way up to foreman and later took on supervisor roles at several other companies. In 2011, I started my first business focused on concrete construction. Since work was often slow during the winter, I began doing interior renovations with a close friend, who later became a co-owner of A1 Home Improvement. Over the past 15 years, I gradually shifted more into home renovation and property investments—specifically house flips, where we buy, renovate, and sell properties. I officially joined A1 Home Improvement in 2022.

  3. Since then, we've grown the company’s revenue by approximately 4 to 5 times. We've also expanded and strengthened our roofing, siding, and window divisions. I’ve contributed across various areas—from marketing and sales to improving installation techniques and procedures. I enjoy mentoring others, helping them grow not just in their careers but in life as well. I’m an avid reader and would choose a good book over watching TV any day. Last year, we launched A1 Solar, and we've quickly become a trusted solar contractor in Connecticut. We're bringing decades of home improvement.
