Facilitation techniques The Fishbone Diagram • For a general description of its use visit http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ursache-Wirkungs-Diagramm The Priority Matrix • This is often called an ‘Action Priority Matrix’ and is used to work out what should be done first by considering how difficult the change is versus what impact is likely to be achieved by doing it For both activities we recommend: • Participants placed in groups of four (max.) and sat around a table • Groups will need a large piece of paper on which to construct their diagram • Larger groups may prefer to use a flip chart
