This research explores the transition of Thai native labor from agriculture to industrial sectors, focusing on improving workplace learning in manufacturing. By analyzing the interchange of knowledge between workers and industries through the lens of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP), the study aims to develop a holistic model for workplace learning. The research methodology involves in-depth discussions with SEP specialists, interviews, and data collection to identify effective factors in knowledge sharing, ultimately aiming to create a sustainable and efficient knowledge development cycle.
