Participate in the 2014 Powder Puff Homecoming Game - Applications Open!

Join the fun and excitement of the 2014 Powder Puff Homecoming Game! Girls of all grade levels are invited to participate. Applications are available in the main office with Mrs. Coppola or Ms. Helms and on the Homecoming website. Submit your application by September 12th by 3 PM. A $20 fee is required. Attend an informational meeting on September 2nd or 4th, and participate in at least three of four mandatory practices. The game will take place on Wednesday, September 24th at 6:30 PM. For questions, contact your representatives listed.

WANT TO PARTICIPATE? • Applications • Who: • Girls of all grade levels • Where: • Applications are available in the main office with Mrs. Coppola or Ms. Helms • Homecoming website • When: • September 2nd- September 12h(NO LATER) • All applications can be turned in to the main office. NOWHERE ELSE!

  3. REQUIREMENTS! • Attend one of the informational meetings on 9/2 OR 9/4 • Turn in application before September 12th @3pm to main office • Pay a $20 fee (cash, check or money order payable to LPHS) turned in with the application • Team meeting on 9/15 • Attend at least three of the four mandatory practices • Required to decorate with your class council the Friday before Homecoming Week (9/19) or arrange otherwise with the sponsor • Completed the emergency card on the back of the application • Must meet Lake Park eligibility policies
