Materials and Procedures • Materials • Foam balls • Timer (phone) • Ladder • Pen and Paper • Procedure • Position a ladder at the site of the experiment. • Drop a ball three times (one at a time) from a height of 5ft, record rate of fall. • Drop a ball three times (one at a time) from a height of 8ft, record rate of fall. • compare results

  8. Conclusion It turn out that my hypothesis was indeed correct, that the higher the ball fell the more time it took for it to land.

  10. Hypothesis If my research is correct, I think that wind will affect the landing time of a ball.

  15. conclusion It turns out that the speed of the fan did affect the time it took the ball to hit the ground.
