  1. Jason McDougall CEO of Fields Jason McDougall has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. He grew up in a small rural community in Saskatchewan and moved to Vancouver, British Columbia at age 18 to start his own discount retail and wholesale company with only the clothes on his back and $350.
