  1. Creating a new PIN Number in Timekeeper

  2. Step 1:Enter your Timekeeper Employee number as normal. This step is no different than what you do everyday to Clock In or Clock Out.

  3. Step 2:Enter your Timekeeper Employee number again. The Initial PIN Number has been pre-set to your TimeKeeper Employee number and must be changed. This is a ONE-TIME change each person must make the first time Clocking In.

  4. Step 3:Enter your Timekeeper Employee number again. Step 4: Enter and Confirm your new PIN Number then click on Submit. These steps are for creating a new PIN Number. It must be at least 4 digits greater than 1000 and CANNOT be the same as your Employee TimeKeeper Number. Please choose something you can easily remember and WRITE IT DOWN.

  5. Once you have correctly changed your PIN Number you should see the “PIN Changed” as shown above. Step 5: Click on “Clock In / Out” under the Inquiries menu to Clock In for the day (This area is where you Clock In & Out everyday going forward).

  6. Step 6: Click on “Clock In” for the job you are performing. TimeKeeper will now show the dates and times you last Clocked In & Out for each job.

  7. Items to Remember • This must be done the first time the employee clocks in on the upgraded TimeKeeper system • Employee can change the PIN Number; if forgotten then see the school or department Payroll Administrator • All Leave Time is now shown in hours NOT days • The Employee is solely responsible for the security of their PIN Number and should not be shared with other employees • Schools & Departments may allow employees to electronically approve their time before the Principal or Director approves • Schools & Departments may allow employees to request Absences and TimeKeeper Changes electronically by clicking on “Requests” in the Inquiries section • Employees will be able to view & print paystubs from 2008 to the present
