  3. Click on Utilities on the NHDGeoEditTools Toolbar Click Assign Permanent Reach Code - Negative

  4. Now the NHDFlowlines have Permanent Reach Codes The new Reach Codes are tracked in the NHDStatus table, NHDReachCode_ComID table, and NHDReachCrossReference table
