Psalam 3. Kad je David bježao pred sinom Abšalomom. Gospodine, koliko je tlačitelja mojih, koliki se podižu na me!. Mnogi su što o meni zbore: "Nema mu spasenja u Bogu!". Ti si ipak štit moj, Gospodine; slavo moja, ti mi glavu podižeš.

  2. Kad je David bježao pred sinom Abšalomom.

  3. Gospodine, koliko je tlačitelja mojih, koliki se podižu na me!

  4. Mnogi su što o meni zbore: "Nema mu spasenja u Bogu!"

  5. Ti si ipak štit moj, Gospodine; slavo moja, ti mi glavu podižeš.

  6. Iza sveg glasa Gospodinu zavapih, i on me usliša sa svete gore svoje.

  7. Sad mogu leć' i usnuti, i onda ustat' jer me Gospodin drži.

  8. Ne bojim se tisuća ljudi što me opsjedaju dušmanski.

  9. Ustani, o Gospodine! Spasi me, o Bože moj! Ti udaraš po obrazu sve neprijatelje moje, opakima zube razbijaš.

  10. U Gospodina je spasenje: na tvom narodu tvoj je blagoslov!
