Voting Items SCR 734 – CSA Report for CRs Provides CRs with the ability to retrieve CSA data via ERCOT portal RMGRR 2004-007 – Disconnect Reconnect Process Guide Changes that TAC made for RMS re-consideration Changes that were discussed at RMS meeting resulting in an e-mail vote Remaining issues for Reconnect/Disconnect task force

Remaining issues for the Disconnect/Reconnect task force ILL and Disabled – New language is being developed to provide for TDSP Field exception to mitigated disconnection if the TDSP is made aware that a disconnect would worsen an ill or disabled situation. 5 Business Days versus 5 calendar days – REPs must submit a move out to terminate service. Consideration for obligation to serve language continues to be developed and will be approved later. Developing consistent reporting for all market participants to comply with PUCT requirements. Protocol and Texas SET changes must be developed .

  5. RMS Discussion Points Market Coordination team (MIMO) is progressing through market testing. Implementation calendar is complete. All changes by Market Participants to market reports and extracts are being communicated. Test Flight 0504 is on time and expected to complete as scheduled. PRR #479 – IDR Optional Removal Threshold was approved by RMS with two votes against.
