ERCOT’s Unplanned System Outage • ERCOT’s Infrastructure Failure occurred on Tuesday (3/11) beginning at 9:27AM affected numerous market systems.Duration of Outage1,688 minutes • The following services were restored at ERCOT’s alternate data center between 03/12 and 03/14: • Retail Transaction Processing • Service Requests & Settlement Disputes • Market Participant ID Management (MPIM) • Market Information System (MIS) Retail • ERCOT.com • MarkeTrak API • MarkeTrak GUI • Flight Testing Environment (Market Flight 0214 in progress) • Grid Operations IT systems were not affected RMS Update to TAC

Sharyland Transition Update: • Potential LCRA Load Zone Issue • ESI IDs in SU’s Brady division (only) will be impacted by this LCRA Load Zone assignment for those Brady’s ESI IDs settled at ERCOT. Per SU these ESI IDs will still be included in the transition to competition that is scheduled to be effective on May 1, 2014. • 03/18/14- PRS Approved the need for Urgency to meet the SU transition and Board approval timelines. PRS also Approved NPRR602 language. • 03/21/14 - Through a two day e-mail vote, RMS unanimously endorsed PRS’ approval of Urgent Status for NPRR602 and endorsed NPRR602 as it was submitted to PRS on March18, 2014. • Sharyland Utilities Transition Numbers : RMS Update to TAC

RMGRR Status Report • RMGRR120, Sharyland Updates (Vote) • This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) updates Sharyland business processes and contact information to support the Sharyland transition to competition and proposes non-substantive administrative changes to correct title references and acronym usage. • 03/04/14: RMS unanimously Approved “Tabling” RMGRR120 • RMGRR121, Clarification of Inadvertent Gain Process (Vote) • This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) adds language to the Retail Market Guide to clarify best business practices when processing inadvertent gain issues in MarkeTrak. • 03/04/14: RMS unanimously Approved “Tabling” RMGRR121 RMS Update to TAC

NPRR Status Report • NPRR583, Validates CSA Bypass Code in a Move-Out Request is From Current CSA CR (Vote) • This NPRR requires ERCOT to validate that the CR submitting an 814_24, Move-Out Request containing the Continuous Service Agreement (CSA) bypass code, is also the current CSA CR. • 02/17/14 – TX SET Consensus- Withdraw NPRR583 and draft new RMGRR that creates REP Rule 13 denoting that only CSA CRs can send the CSA By-Pass code in the MVO (814_24). This new RMGRR shouldn’t require system changes or cost by ERCOT once approved. • 03/04/14 – RMS unanimously endorsed Texas SET Working Group’s request for withdrawal of NPRR58. TX SET will develop an RMGRR that places this requirement on the REPs and supports ERCOT ’s CR notification process through “Other Binding Documents”. • 03/18/14 –Withdrawal was unanimously Approved by PRS. Additional Updates: • Performance Measures 4th Quarter 2013 • 867_02 Historical Usage TX SET transactions- below Protocol • 867_03 Monthly Usage TX SET transactions- below Protocol • Inadvertent Gain Update: • Load Resources in SCED Issues Impacting Retail Market • During 3/4/14 RMS, ERCOT made a request for more Retail participation involvement with LRIS subgroup meetings due to Retail impacts and potential Customer relationship issues surrounding third party and demand response providers.
