  2. 100% e-PAYMENT • SALARY : Staff having A/C in Gramin banks and Co-Operative banks used to be paid through Bankers Cheque Now these banks are also brought under the purview of e-payment. • Telephone Bills : Group Billing Has been introduced and Mandate Forms r collected n being paid through RTGS/NEFT.

  3. Energy Bills : Being paid through RTGS/NEFT. High value cheques were being issued.(Rebate:61 Lakh) • P-tax n Sales tax r also paid through RTGS/NEFT. Now with introduction of 100% e-Payment the number of cheques issued per month reduced from 380-390 to 160-170

  4. Suspense module • Establishment suspense module has been fully implemented in AFRES. Maintenance of suspense register is done away with. Apart from this all modules( CEA, TA, Budget etc ) have been implemented except OT module which is under development. SMS facility has also been activated after crediting the salary to respective accounts of Employees.

  5. Monitoring Finance proposals • Target of 10 days is given to SO’s to dispose off the finance proposals. Man of the Month at DRM level in presence of all Branch officers in Monday Meeting. Access based monitoring system is developed by HQ Finance which will be soon implemented in divisionalso. C:\Users\user\Downloads\Module2.doc

  6. Introduction of SMART Cards….. • SBI imprest cards are introduced and fully operational to facilitate speedy recoupment of imprest accounts of offices and stations: provision of SMS facility after every recoupment is under process.

  7. Bills Recoverable…. • Online Payment is introduced :ECOR POOLING ACCOUNT FOR BILLS is opened exclusively for this purpose and internet banking facility is obtained. This helps in instantaneous credit to Railways A/C n For Day to Day monitoring. http://www.onlinesbi.com/

Digitization of SR • All the Service Records of 14000+ staff have been scanned and the records are digitized: • To avoid tampering of leave records • Readily available for RTI, Revision of pension etc there is no worry of loss of SR • Will be uploaded in IPAS or RAILNET with User ID and Password so that the staff can see and request for modification if any.

  9. Personal relations N Professional Efficiency • ARC annual Day : Celebrated every year in a grand scale and social Drama is exhibited with inhouse talent: Brings in bondage, Team-Work, Co-Ordination, Family ineraction n their by Healthy atm in office.   10. Pre 2006 Pension Cases. Current status: • S.Rs supplied by Accounts - 4937 • S.Rs received from Personnel Dept - 4674 • Revised PPOs issued by Accounts - 4601 • Balance under progress - 73 • This Achievement is possible Because of Formation of special cell consisting of both depts: Inter Departmental Coordination Helps by equally dividing the responsibility.
