Lehis Family Migrated here in Apx. 600 BC Decendents split into two great nations A The Nephites (The good guys) B The Lamanites ( The bad guys) These two nations were in conflict for many years Christ visited these people and brought peace The peace was short-lived and the Lamanites became followers of the flesh once again. The Lamanites killed all the Nephites with the exception of Moroni. He lives to deposit the gold plates that tell this history
