  2. For commercial floor coating, you need a special type of surface that gives you extra protection from every kind of hindrance. Some coat may protect the exclusive surface, but for industrial use, floor coating is the necessary thing nowadays. Floor coating means the protection of the existing surface, which is most of the time is the concrete-based floor. This protection starts with the topcoat to ensure impact protection and also the avoid of rust and provide an appealing outlook.

  3. Epoxy floor coating is the new invention of the modern ear. Though it invented many years earlier but it is introduced newly in this decade. It is a long-lasting floor coating that is easy to install and has several benefits to the floor. Before applying epoxy, you need to hire an expert epoxy contractor because the application procedure is not for a single person. Epoxy is a water-based coating system which gives an extra hardness to the surface and provides a glossy and shiny finish to the floor. Generally, epoxy floor coating is used in the busy area or the dense traffic areas. So, heavy machinery areas and the warehouse is the best place of using epoxy floor coating. For this reason, epoxy is gaining popularity day by day.

It is used or mixed with the cement and the water for better protection. But it has the allergic attack to the human. Recently, green polyurethane is introduced in the market, which is entirely safe from the allergic situation. The green polyurethane is the mixture of traditional coating with the chemical bonding that gives extra protection to the floor.
