Employees with more health risk factors like being overweight, smoking habits, and diabetes not only cost more to insure but also restricted to perform well in their professional life. to take a stand against this difficult fight many companies have started offering some type of employee wellness program to reduce the accelerating costs of health care. The workplace wellness program has been designed to improve the health of employees and also create the awareness so that employees can stay in stable mental condition. Usually, over pressure work can make employees puzzle and restrict them to balance their personal and professional life that only restrict them to meet their project targets but also increase the level of anxiety. 1.
