The concept used for arranging these kinds of programs is same but the types may vary from company to company. In today’s competitive market human resource is a very important part of the overall productivity of a company. Therefore it is highly essential to create a good working environment of the employees so that the outcome is over the top. Employment incentive programs also helps as an encouragement for the employee to work more, which ultimately counts as an advantage as it increases the ultimate productivity of the company.
